1. Overview
Welcome to the Eden Kingdom Partnership Program
(“Program”), operated by Tekparadise Ltd (“Tekparadise”, “we”,
“our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Eden Kingdom
Partnership Portal, website, dashboard, referral tools, and related services (collectively, the
“Platform”).
By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be
legally bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use
the Platform.
2. About the Eden Kingdom Partnership Program
The Eden Kingdom Partnership Program is designed to win souls
daily by empowering qualified individuals to help introduce churches, ministries, pastors, and Christian
communities to Eden’s digital ecosystem.
Partners will earn commissions through eligible referrals
involving:

Church monthly subscriptions
-
Payment transactions processed through
Eden
-
Approved growth activities, as may be introduced
by Tekparadise
The Program is intended to support kingdom growth, digital
transformation, and mutually beneficial partnerships.
3. Eligibility
Use of the Partnership Platform is currently limited to
individuals legally residing in:

Nigeria

United States of America
-
Eligible European countries
You must:

Be at least 18 years old
-
Have legal capacity to enter into
agreements
-
Provide accurate registration details
- Have a good social media following with a combined followers of at
least 100k.

Comply with applicable laws in your
jurisdiction
Tekparadise reserves the right to approve, reject, restrict, or
remove access at its sole discretion.
4. Account Registration
To access the Platform, users may be required to
provide:

Full legal name

Valid email address

Valid phone number
-
Residential address
-
Date of birth
-
Valid social media profiles
-
Banking details for payouts
-
Any additional verification documents
requested
Applications may be approved or declined at Tekparadise’s
discretion.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login
credentials

All activities under your account
-
Promptly notifying us of unauthorized
use
-
Keeping your information updated
Tekparadise shall not be liable for losses caused by your
failure to secure your account.
6. Scope of Work
The Eden Kingdom Partnership Program enables approved partners to promote and introduce
churches, ministries, pastors, and eligible users to the Eden ecosystem and services operated by Tekparadise
Ltd.
Under this Program, partners may:
- Refer churches and ministries to register on Eden
- Promote Eden’s products, services, and approved campaigns
- Share official referral links, referral codes, and marketing materials
provided or approved by Tekparadise
- Support company campaigns, awareness, and growth initiatives within
approved regions
- Create engaging videos, and post at least three tailored videos about
the brand per week across all their social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, Twitch,
LinkedIn, etc.).
- Earn eligible commissions based on qualified referrals, transactions,
and subscriptions in line with the applicable partnership terms.
- Monitor referrals, performance, and earnings through the partnership
portal, where available.
Partners are independent, affiliated influencers and are not employees, agents, or
representatives of Tekparadise unless expressly authorized in writing.
Partners must not:
- Enter into contracts on behalf of Tekparadise or Eden
- Make guarantees, promises, or representations not officially approved by
Tekparadise
- Collect payments directly on behalf of Tekparadise without written
authorization
- Misuse of Eden’s branding, systems, or promotional
materials
- Engage in any activity outside the approved scope of the Programlander
or
- Slander or discredit the program or its affiliates in public or private
during or after the termination of this agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, materials, systems, branding,
and content on the Platform remain the property of Tekparadise Ltd or its licensors. No ownership rights are
transferred to users or partners.
8. Partner Commission Structure

Commission from transactions;
International Transactions
Partners earn 0.05% off every international transaction processed through Eden by a referred user.
Local Naira Transactions
Partners earn ₦100 for every transaction worth ₦150,000 and above
only.

Commission from Church Monthly
Subscriptions
Partners earn 20% monthly off each monthly subscription paid by every referred church or ministry.

9. Commission Conditions
Commissions apply only to:

Successfully verified referred users or
churches
-
Valid completed transactions
-
Qualified active subscriptions
Tekparadise may reject, reverse, adjust, or cancel commissions
for:

Refunds
-
Chargebacks
-
Fraud
-
Duplicate referrals
-
Policy violations
-
Invalid transactions
10. Payout Currency
Approved payouts shall be made as follows:
Nigeria Partners:
United States Partners:

United States Dollar (USD)
European Partners:
-
Euro (€) and/or British Pounds (£),
where applicable
11. Payout Schedule
Partner payouts are generally processed:

Mondays
-
Fridays
-
Or one of those days based on operational
scheduling
Tekparadise reserves the right to:
-
Change payout dates
-
Change payout frequency
-
Delay payouts for review or compliance
checks
12. Taxes
Partners are solely responsible for all taxes, declarations,
filings, levies, and obligations arising after payout confirmation. Tekparadise bears no responsibility for
partner tax liabilities.
13. Suspension and Termination
Tekparadise reserves the right to suspend, restrict,
investigate, or permanently terminate any account at any time where we suspect:

Fraud

Fake referrals
-
Self-referrals
-
Chargeback abuse
-
Misconduct
-
Policy violations
-
Suspicious activities
-
Misuse of the Platform
Commissions may be withheld or canceled during
investigations.
14. Changes to Terms
Tekparadise reserves the right to amend, modify, or update
these Terms of Use at any time.
Updated terms become effective once published or communicated
through official channels.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the
updated terms.
15. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an “as available” and
“as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or specific earnings
outcomes.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekparadise shall not
be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
17. Non-Compete
During participation in the Eden Kingdom Partnership Program, and for the duration of
the active partnership term, partners agree not to directly engage in, promote, represent, or operate any
competing platform, product, or service that substantially conflicts with the business interests of Eden or
Tekparadise Ltd within the same target market.
This includes competing services primarily focused on church technology, faith-based
payment processing, ministry management systems, or referral programs that materially compete with Eden’s
core offerings.
Nothing in this clause prevents partners from engaging in general business activities
that do not create a direct conflict of interest with Eden or Tekparadise.
Tekparadise reserves the right to determine, acting reasonably, whether any activity
constitutes a competing interest or material conflict.
18. Non-Disclosure
Partners may receive access to confidential or proprietary information during their
participation in the Program, including but not limited to business strategies, pricing models, commission
structures, software systems, customer information, internal processes, financial data, marketing plans, and other
non-public information belonging to Tekparadise Ltd or Eden.
Partners agree to:
- Keep all confidential information strictly private and secure
- Use such information only for purposes directly related to the
Program
- Not disclose, copy, reproduce, distribute, or share confidential
information with any third party without prior written consent from Tekparadise
- Take reasonable steps to protect confidential materials from
unauthorized access or misuse
This obligation survives termination or expiration of the partnership relationship for
another 3 years.
Tekparadise reserves all legal rights and remedies for any breach of
confidentiality.
19. Partnership Duration
The standard term of participation in the Eden Kingdom Partnership Program shall be
for a period of three (3) to five (5) years, commencing from the
date of approval or activation of the partner account, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the applicable
terms.
At the end of the initial term, Tekparadise may, at its sole discretion:
- Renew the partnership for an additional term
- Extend the partnership under revised terms
- Review performance before renewal
- Decline renewal without obligation to continue the relationship
Any extension, renewal, or continuation of the partnership shall remain subject to
Tekparadise’s approval, business requirements, compliance review, and then-current partnership
policies.
20. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the applicable laws determined
by Tekparadise based on its operational jurisdiction.
