1. Overview

Welcome to the Eden Kingdom Partnership Program (“Program”), operated by Tekparadise Ltd (“Tekparadise”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Eden Kingdom Partnership Portal, website, dashboard, referral tools, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.


2. About the Eden Kingdom Partnership Program

The Eden Kingdom Partnership Program is designed to win souls daily by empowering qualified individuals to help introduce churches, ministries, pastors, and Christian communities to Eden’s digital ecosystem.

6. Scope of Work

The Eden Kingdom Partnership Program enables approved partners to promote and introduce churches, ministries, pastors, and eligible users to the Eden ecosystem and services operated by Tekparadise Ltd.

All trademarks, logos, software, materials, systems, branding, and content on the Platform remain the property of Tekparadise Ltd or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to users or partners.


8. Partner Commission Structure

Partners earn 0.05% off every international transaction processed through Eden by a referred user.

Local Naira Transactions

Partners earn ₦100 for every transaction worth ₦150,000 and above only.

  1. Commission from Church Monthly Subscriptions

Partners earn 20% monthly off each monthly subscription paid by every referred church or ministry.

Partners are solely responsible for all taxes, declarations, filings, levies, and obligations arising after payout confirmation. Tekparadise bears no responsibility for partner tax liabilities.


13. Suspension and Termination

Tekparadise reserves the right to suspend, restrict, investigate, or permanently terminate any account at any time where we suspect:

14. Changes to Terms

Tekparadise reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms of Use at any time.

Updated terms become effective once published or communicated through official channels.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


15. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or specific earnings outcomes.


16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekparadise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.


17. Non-Compete

During participation in the Eden Kingdom Partnership Program, and for the duration of the active partnership term, partners agree not to directly engage in, promote, represent, or operate any competing platform, product, or service that substantially conflicts with the business interests of Eden or Tekparadise Ltd within the same target market.

This includes competing services primarily focused on church technology, faith-based payment processing, ministry management systems, or referral programs that materially compete with Eden’s core offerings.

Nothing in this clause prevents partners from engaging in general business activities that do not create a direct conflict of interest with Eden or Tekparadise.

Tekparadise reserves the right to determine, acting reasonably, whether any activity constitutes a competing interest or material conflict.


18. Non-Disclosure

Partners may receive access to confidential or proprietary information during their participation in the Program, including but not limited to business strategies, pricing models, commission structures, software systems, customer information, internal processes, financial data, marketing plans, and other non-public information belonging to Tekparadise Ltd or Eden.

This obligation survives termination or expiration of the partnership relationship for another 3 years.

Tekparadise reserves all legal rights and remedies for any breach of confidentiality.


19. Partnership Duration

The standard term of participation in the Eden Kingdom Partnership Program shall be for a period of three (3) to five (5) years, commencing from the date of approval or activation of the partner account, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the applicable terms.

At the end of the initial term, Tekparadise may, at its sole discretion:

Any extension, renewal, or continuation of the partnership shall remain subject to Tekparadise’s approval, business requirements, compliance review, and then-current partnership policies.

These terms shall be governed by the applicable laws determined by Tekparadise based on its operational jurisdiction.
